Service Description

This session is a coaching session with Kelly and will include 30 minutes of both instructional and practical information, with 15 minutes of Q and A. This session may be custom designed for the client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. If client cancels s 12 hours in advance of scheduled appointment, a full refund will be made. If client cancels between 6-12 hours of scheduled appointment, half the payment will be refunded, less credit card or bank processing fees. If client cancels less than 6 hours, no refund will be processed. If client is late to appointment, this time will not be made up as not to interfere with the next clients reading. If client is more than 10 minutes late, there will be no reading and no refund of payment. All payments will be made in full when appointment is booked. By booking an appointment, client agrees to all mentioned policies.
