Terms & Conditions for Kelly Kristin / Third Eye Sleuth LLC

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to book or participate in any service.
By booking, You represent that You meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Payment & Booking

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time, at Our discretion.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after payment is processed.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Late Arrivals

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund.

  • 24–12 hours before appointment: 50% refund, minus processing fees.

  • Less than 12 hours: No refund.

Late Arrivals:

  • Sessions begin and end on time.

  • Time lost due to lateness cannot be extended.

  • If You are more than 10 minutes late, the session is forfeited with no refund.

By booking, You agree to these policies.

5. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

All intuitive, mediumship, and psychic services provided by the Company are intended for guidance and personal insight only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

  • No guarantees, predictions, or promises of specific outcomes are offered or implied.

  • For legal purposes and in compliance with U.S. and Washington State consumer laws, all services are considered for entertainment purposes only.

Clients are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information provided during a session.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Washington State law, the Company:

  • Is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Our Services or Website.

  • Limits total liability to the amount paid for the Service in question.

Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by Washington State consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, methods, programs, text, images, videos, course materials, and branding on the Website or provided through Services are the intellectual property of Third Eye Sleuth LLC / Kelly Kristin.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
