Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • 24+ hours before the appointment:
    A full refund will be issued.

  • 24–12 hours before the appointment:
    A 50% refund will be issued, minus any credit card or bank processing fees.

  • Less than 12 hours before the appointment:
    No refund will be provided.

Late Arrivals:

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late time cannot be added or extended in order to honor the next client’s session.

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a missed session and no refund will be issued.

Payment:
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

By scheduling an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies stated above.
