Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If client cancels 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment, a full refund will be made.
* If client cancels between 24-12 hours of scheduled appointment, half the payment will be refunded, less credit card or bank processing fees.
* If client cancels less than 12 hours, no refund will be processed.
* If client is late to appointment, this time will not be made up as not to interfere with the next clients reading.
* If client is more than 10 minutes late, there will be no reading and no refund of payment.
* All payments will be made in full when appointment is booked.
* By booking an appointment, client agrees to all mentioned policies.
